Recruitment Bonus

Do you know someone who fits Cossette's employee profile? If so, we’d love you to tell us about them. If we hire someone you refer, you will get to choose a gift card worth $250 from a list of retailers of our choice.

How Do I Participate?

• All you have to do is fill out the Employee Referral Form and be sure to attach an electronic version of the proposed candidate's CV
• Once all the field codes have been completed, the candidate's application will automatically be directed to Human Resources. You will be sent the gift card after the candidate has started their first day at Cossette.
• We invite you to contact Human Resources at one of our offices to collect your bonus once the candidate you have referred has been hired and they have started their first day of work
• All open positions listed on the Cossette Website qualify for this program, except internships, freelance and short-term contract positions
• You may lose your right to receive a bonus if you recommend a candidate who may be bound by restrictive clauses (non-competition or non-solicitation) impeding them from legally working at Cossette
